Static displays are open to the public from 9-12, opening ceremony at noon, then flying until 4pm.

The Burnet Airport is approx. 2 miles South of downtown Burnet on Hwy. 281. Gates open at 0900 so we need to be there by 0800 to unload and set up. The closer to 0900 the more complicated parking becomes so make it easy on yourselves if hauling vehicles and arrive early.

Also, due to some unknown planning at the time, Scott will not be cooking at the Air Show. If someone would like to volunteer to be Mess Sgt. for the day and cook lunch let me know so we can work out the logistics. If we don't have any takers then it's bring your own or eat what the vendors are cooking.

Directions from Austin:
Take I35 North to Hwy 29 and go West on 29 to Burnet.  Turn left on Hwy 281 and go approx 2 miles.  The airport is on the right.

Directions from San Antonio:
Head North on I35 and follow the Austin directions...  OR... Take Hwy 281 North from San Antonio straight to the airport.
