EVENT: Liberty Hill Sundance car show
LOCATION: Liberty Hill, Texas
DATE: 29 April 2017
Despite the threat of thunderstorms, which kept many of the shiny cars
away, the show went on in mostly cloudy, but dry, weather.
Entry fee for the show was a donation for the local food bank.
Clint D brought his M38 jeep, and a couple of Mustangs, while Amanda
B, Patrick C and Rory C brought the M274A5 Mule, and the M931A2
pulling the M1082 trailer.
The 1955 Bel Air took Best in Show, while the 1948 Willys pickup took
Peoples Choice.
The 1966 Mustang (on the trailer) got the nod as Project Needing the Most Work!
Amongst the other beautifully restored vehicles was a 1974 Coupe de
Ville, from back when even a 2-door American car was a sight to
behold.
Barbequed hamburgers, hotdogs and beverages were provided gratis by
the local car club hosts. A good time was had by all.
Cheers...R
