This is always a busy day for us, and we had vehicles in no less than four different parades at the same time!
In Cedar Park, we had Caitlin C and Jane C with the M274A5 mule; Sam R with his M1028 and M1102; James H and Domingo M in their two M1009s; Rory C and David C in the M931A2 tractor. We had one vehicle cancel due to illness. Mitch C, Charlie S, and Barry F were also in attendance without vehicles. The Army brought a Buffalo explosive ordnance disposal vehicle.
The rain clouds threatened to dump on us, but were merciful. We literally only got a few drops of rain. In hot and humid conditions, the parade went off without a hitch. The locals turned out in force to watch, making for tight quarters along the route at times.
Afterwards we gathered for barbeque, joined by Scott and Mrs P.
A good day spent celebrating the birthday of our nation.
