Guests: Provincial Govt. Rep Sylvia Jones& Mayor Ed Crewson
A gathering of appr. 30 attended the ceremony to honor the wounded and the fallen of Afghanistan.
The weather was favorable and the bright red tulips were all in full bloom in the remembrance garden.
Alex Sher (our local reporter) was also in attendance...Watch your Shelburne Economist next week.
A luncheon of Chicken noodle soup, variety of sandwiches and cake was provided by the Ladies Aux. To all who were present
Complimentary drinks were also served.
Thank you cards will be extended to the Branch and the Ladies Aux.

- Lower flag to half mast..
- Last Post followed by minute of silence
- Lay wreaths...Pres. Liz Whitten & Merv Parker
- Flanders Fields...Dave Barr
- Word of Prayer - by Pastor Gord
- Legion Oath by President Liz Whitten “We Will Remember Them”
- Thanks of Appreciation to visitors and dignitaries
- Dismiss...inside for lunch
