New Business: All areas of club operation were discussed with an eye to continued success and even smoother operation in the future.
The board voted on and passed a measure to add food to the monthly meetings on a quarterly basis funded by a 50/50 type drawing at every monthly meeting
It was discussed and agreed that we would extend the free club membership for the remainder of the calendar year to any new member who also joins the National MVPA
It was discussed and agreed that we as a Club need a written policy requiring all Members who operate a vehicle in a moving (non static display) event to carry their own personal liability insurance and be ready to display proof upon Law Enforcement request. Any Members transporting vehicles to an event, moving or static, must have liability insurance on the tow vehicles.
