President's Comments: We reported membership numbers to National. A move was made and passed to buy the insurance offered by National for the year 2013.
Introductions - Guests: Merv P (Canada) A move was made and passed to give Merv P an honorary membership in Lone Star MVPA .
Treasurer's Report:Ed H- $3523.47 not including monies paid or collected at the meeting
Quartermaster Report:Barry F. everything OK
Website Report: Rick H- up to date
Newsletter Report:Sam R- Pending. The Club agreed to include the National MVPA’s advertising in the newsletter
