Quartermaster Report: None
Treasurer's Report:
Toby C. presented the treasury report. Hosting service of $218.95 is due. Toby moved to pay the web hosting service, and the members passed the measure.
Web Site Update:
Rick H. presented the Web Site Report. The site has been updated with the latest information.
Newsletter Update:
Rick H presented the newsletter report. Next newsletter is due in December. 2010 Calendar was passed out.
Recent Events:
Leander Car Show October 24th 1400 - 2000 hours. Sam R. reported that the event was good with lots of people and kids. The club has been invited back next year.
Salute to Veterans - 5 November - Toby C. attend and reported that he was well received by the state workers at the event. The club was given a posted in appreciation for attending.
Close Assault 1944 : 7-8- November - Jeff M. reported that over 100 people attended the event.
RAFB Air Show 7-8 November - Rory C. reported that both LSMVPA and AMVPA vehicles attended on Saturday and that there was a good crowd. Marc reported that it rained Sunday, but it was a successful event.
Cedar Park Veterans Memorial : 8 November - Tim D reported that he attended the event on the 8th.
Hutto Veterans Day Display 8-9 November - Rory C reported that the display started off with camo problems but Monday was a success with 640 students going through the display.
Veterans Day Parade 11 November - Danny K reported that the club had a total of 19 vehicles and 2 bicycles at the parade. This it a club record for the most vehicles at a single event. The parade started on time and the crowd was great. Several members got together after the parade and ate at Threadgill’s.
Veterans Day Tree Planting 14 November - Danny K reported that we had a total of 9 vehicles from LSMVPA and 2 from G Company for a total of 11 vehicles at the event. G Company presented a talk on the military and displayed military gear for the public. Emily K., the organizer of the event, sent a thank you note to the club.
Upcoming Events: Danny K. outlined upcoming events. Danny will send out additional information as it becomes available and information will be posted on the club web site. Events included:
Liberty Hill Christmas Parade : 6 December - The event is planed for 2 - 4 PM. Assemble at the elementary school. Additional information TBA.
Blue Santa - We are coordinating with Rory C for this event. Additional information TBA
Danny K asked for recommendations as to events that we may want to do.
Old Business:
Rick H has received the insurance information and will publish an insurance card for the next meeting.

Announcements:
Rory C. announced that Toby C. has been elected to the Board Of Directors at the National MVPA – Congratulations Toby.
Rory C. announced that Jeff M. and Glen V. were named volunteers of the quarter for the museum.
Fred H. announced that there was a new statue at the UT stadium.
The George Bush section of the Nimitz Museum is scheduled to open 7 December.
Ward B. reviewed his findings for vehicle insurance.
Dave D. announced that he has 60 acres close to I35 just north of Temple. A map is available at http://www.alleramilitaria.com .
