When:1600-2000hrs Where Elgin Texas Who Attended: James H. The event was later in the day and presented a carnival like atmosphere. There was live music and food. Games for the kids and a car show. I have the Hound (m1009) set up with my display. The event out kind of slow, but before the end of the event there were several hundred people in attendance. It was a fun event.
