When we heard that Carlos, Helen and Will were going to Greenville to support Audie Murphy's home county museum, we headed out Sunday. We spent the afternoon with Carlos (who was having another good day above ground) keeping us on the edge of our chairs with the four hours of story tellin', except when we took time to "shop" in his display, funny how that works!! But as Carlos would say, he's "got the good stuff you used to see at gun shows." We got great deals on a jeep carbine holster, WWII 'dinner set', folding table replacement canvas straps, M-16 and helmet (ok, the last 2 are toys for our grandson). We even learned how to use a (in stock) Model M1 Gunner's Quadraint for US WWII field artillery. Anyway, we wrapped up and headed home at 4 pm. An educational and well-spent afternoon for all. Arrived home in time to relax watching "To Hell and Back"!! Another hero at work!! Hugh and Sue H.
