Call to Order: 1901 hrs

Members present: Ward B, Mitch C, Rory C, Clint D, John E, Charles H, Fred H, Madison H, Rick H, Danny K, John K, Jeff M, Sam R, Scott P, Scott S, Fred W, Mark H, Hub R and Burton C. Apologies to any not mentioned here.

Introductions - Guests, New Members: None

Treasurer’s Report: Madison H (acting)- Current balance $2899.49, plus any monies collected at the meeting. Madison H added as a signer on the account, Rory C stays on as a third signer. National MVPA has an insurance policy that appears to be the same as our current policy, but costs less. A move was made to not renew our current policy and use the National MVPA policy instead.

Quartermaster Report: John K- $20 collected at the Burnett Airshow, We are almost out of 2X shirts, an order should go in soon.

Website Report: Rick H,- Up to date, please advise any changes needed.

Recent Events

• Lion's Club Festival/Car show, Spicewood (22 May)- No members attended
• Close Assault 44, G Co, Camp Mabry (29/30 May)- Good event, good turnout, next one in November
• Cars N Coffee Austin, Leander, (30 May)- No members attended
• Lockhart Parade (12 June)- Sam R, Danny K, Ed H, Lee K, Clint D, Ralph M driving with Scott P on guns in Have Gun Will Travel, good parade, crowd liked us, We won First Place!
• Temple Airsho (30 April-2 May)- Good show, no changes need to be made from our perspective.

• Korean Veteran's tribute, State Capitol Grounds (25 June)- no vehicle request yet
• Presbyterian Church Korean War Display (27 June)- no vehicle request yet
• Lakeway Parade (3 July) form up in Lakeway at 0700
• Southside Market Independence Day Celebration, Elgin (4 July)- Guard support and vehicle display, 1800-220, be there NLT 1630
• MVPA National Convention, Topeka Kansas (8-11 July)
• Club Meeting (21 July)- Camp Mabry, Scribner Museum, 1900
