Each year the Monster Truck Show is held in San Antonio at the Alamodome. 

Around 1:00pm, we form-up and are then under the direction of the event coordinator who tells us where to stage inside the Alamodome.  We  stage the vehicles and dress in our club "T's".  Around 2:00pm, the Pit Party begins where paying customers are allowed to roam the Alamodome floor and view all the vehicles close-up.  If you don't want kids crawling all over your vehicles, bring a suitable "system: to prevent them.  Bring a "Sharpie" or marker of some type as you will be signing autographs for the kids.  Around 5:00pm, the Pit Party is over, the people cleared and we move the vehicles out of the Alamodome and load them for transport home.  We return to the skybox or seats to watch the show which has in the past included motorcycle races, atv races and the monster truck races.  Around 11:00pm or so, the show is over and we head for home usually stopping for a chicken fried steak dinner.  This is a late evening event for arriving at home.

From Austin, head South on IH-35 to San Antonio.  Pick-up I-37South to Corpus Christi and then exit Durango St. off I-37.  The 'dome is right there on your left.  When you arrive at the Alamodome, proceed to where the monster truck and trailers are located.  This is along the railroad tracks.  You may drop your trailer/tow vehicles in the secured area.  Position your vehicles so that you can load/unload when the lot becomes full.
