President's Comments: 2011 Outstanding Member Award: Sam R Final dues letter sent out. A collection was made to pay John K's dues in recognition of his past outstanding service to the Club

Introductions - Guests, New Members: Phillip M (M1009)

Treasurer's Report: Ed H- $4152.97 including moneys collected for dues and T-Shirts

Quartermaster Report: Barry F. We will be selling at Burnet, Muster and Temple

Website Report: Rick H- Up to date, check the website to be sure your info is up to date

Newsletter Report: Sam R- Next one at the end of March
