President's Comments: Burnet Sales, $107! Good show!!

MVPA convention Introductions - Guests, New Members: NONE

Treasurer's Report: Ed H- $4152.97 plus moneys collected for dues etc... the correct amount is unknown (the bank ledger was not present at the meeting) $126.68 paid out to Clint D for food prepared at the Burnet event

Quartermaster Report: Barry F. We have more shirts available, not brought to the meeting however

Website Report: Rick H- Up to date, check the website to be sure your info is up to date
