Call to Order: 1915 hrs

President's Comments: The drawing for the 1911 raffle happened, none of our members won! National MVPA is having a sale on merchandise, posted on their website.We have a new membership form posted on our website. We also have links posted to some of the Texas Motor Vehicle Code and Traffic Law as it applies to our hobby.

Introductions - Guests, New Members: Travis M (no MV yet) and Bobby M (M998, HMMWV)

Treasurer’s Report: Ed H: $3759.93 not counting moneys collected or expenses paid tonight (-$100, bank account seed money, Jeff M). Members who have paid in advance for the old insurance policy will be reimbursed, John SS will donate his refund to the Club

Quartermaster Report: Barry F.T-shirts order pending, new club sign in progress

Website Report: Rick H- AARs for recent events are needed, Driver Safety Award forms have been posted, Vehicle Exemption letter posted (Texas Former MV registration)

Newsletter Report: Sam R- DONE and current, posted on the website and available on CD from Sam R
