Call to Order: 1901 hrs

Members present: Tim B (with Wife and Son), Mitch C, Rory C, Mark C, Clint D, Fred H, Ed H, Madison H, Rick H, Danny K, Jeff M, Scott P, Sam R, Charlie S. Apologies to any not mentioned here.

President's Comments: Club Dues are due, reminder letters mailed, several past due members have now renewed. The club received a "Thank You" letter from Purple Sage Elementary for our part in their Spring event.

Introductions - Guests, New Members: Stan C, John C

Treasurer’s Report: Ed H: $3555.63 not counting moneys collected or expenses paid tonight. Recent expenses include $25 for flowers for Milburn L's funeral, $25 for the Texas Independence Day parade entry fee, $100 for National MVPA insurance. A motion was made, and unanimously approved, naming Ed H to the office Treasurer and Jeff M assistant treasurer. Both Ed and Jeff will be signers on the Club's account.
