Call to Order: 1901 hrs

Introductions - Guests, New Members: NONE
Treasurer’s Report: Toby C- Current balance $2811, plus any monies collected at the meeting.
Quartermaster Report: John K- cards and name tags are available for club members to purchase, Charlie S will be assembling .50 BMG dummy rounds for the club to sell with brass donated by Andy S

- LBJ Ranch Fly-In (18 September)- Clint D, Madison H, Ralph M and Ed H attended, rainy and small but good, looking forward to a bigger event next time
- Ft. Worth militaria show (18, 19 September)- NOT attended
- Gonzales Come and Take it Parade (9 October)- NOT attended
- CAF Midland Air Show (8,9,10 October)- NOT attended
- BSA Camporee, Texas Expo Center (9-10 October)- Rory C, Sam R, Scott P, Rick H and Barry F attended, large turnout, good event, looking forward to the next one

Old Business: Founding Member Milburn L is gravely ill (cancer), no update on his condition, a card to his family was circulated at the meeting and will be sent to him with our best wishes
New Business:
- John SS has TMs on his hard drive for member usage
- The Museum's fire truck is in need of sandblasting and painting, a work party day needs to be formed
- The Museum has Deuce and 5ton parts for sale, see Charlie W
- Toby C reported from National: A movement is underway to attempt to modernize the website and bring in new and younger members, MUCH discussion was had about that! A possible Texas event will be had at Corpus Christi at the Lexington. The Alaska Convoy was discussed.
