Call to Order: 1906 hrs

Members present: Mitch C, Rory C, Mark C, Toby C, Charles H. Madison H, Rick H, Danny K, Scott P, Sam R, Andrew S, Scott S, John SS, Tim W, Tim D, John B. Apologies to any not mentioned here.

Introductions - Guests, New Members: NONE

Treasurer’s Report: Toby C- Current balance $2476.20, plus one renewal collected at the meeting

Quartermaster Report: John K- Some stuff to sell, found some Korea and Vietnam service ribbon flags, out of 2xl shirts

Website Report: Rick H,- New photos delivered at the meeting by Sam R will be posted soon, please advise via email any website changes thought necessary, please email any "motor pool" changes, do we want a "forum" on the site?.

Newsletter Report: Sam R- DONE! Sent via e-mail and discs distributed to those in need, next one May 2010

Recent Events

1. Cars and Coffee Austin cruise in: 28 February-Leander. SamR. John SS, Rory C, Scott P, Clint D and Ed H attended, very well received, the kids loved it, many stories exchanged with the crowd!
2. Texas Independence Day Parade: 6 March-Austin Congress Ave. 12 vehicles attended, another record for us, weak turnout from the onlookers.
3. Steiner Ranch Birthday party: CANCELLED due to rain

Upcoming Events

1. Brent Mullins Jeep Parts Open House: 19-20 March- College Station. Swap meet and WWII battle, lots of amour to look at. Mark C and Ed H will be selling stuff, Toby C and others will be attending.
2. Burnet Air Show: 10 April- Burnet. Bring a variety of vehicles large AND small (please), UTOD: drag/period correct, Scott S will be cooking, be there NLT 0800, take the high ground and hold it, POC Cliff Walker/Richard Smith. more info @ www.bluebonnetairshow.com
3. Muster Day/American Heroes Celebration: 17-18 April- Camp Mabry Austin. Register online or via email (email already sent out), setup starts 16 April, we will be parked in front of the Museum same as last year, Jeep rides and displays same as last year, Vietnam traveling wall there. COME OUT!
4. Wounded Warriors: Driftwood 24 April
5. Temple Airsho: 1-2 May, same as last, Scott S cooking
6. MVPA convention: Topeka Kansas, 8-10 July

Old Business: We need to complete the roster update The Veteran's Park at Norwood is declared not to be anything we will be working on

New Business: None

Announcements:

• Mark H of Kings Hobby is offering a $25 gift cert to anyone willing to display a vehicle at his place on the weekends
• Ed H is planning a possible show/swap meet at this shop
• Jeff L's Grandmother passed, services on 20 March, the club will send flowers
