Call to Order: 1904 hrs

Introductions - Guests, New Members: NONE

Treasurer’s Report: Toby C- Current balance $2296.19, plus another $216 collected at the Scout parade

Quartermaster Report: John K- not present

Website Report: Rick H,- New photos delivered at the meeting by Sam R will be posted soon, please advise via email any website changes thought necessary, please email any "motor pool" changes.

Newsletter Report: Sam R- will be ready by the March meeting, will be made available in PDF form and distributed electronicaly via email and a link on the website

Recent Events
  1. Boy Scout parade: 6 February-Congress Ave Austin. 100th anniversary event called "fantastic" by all! We fielded 20 vehicles plus trailers and carried more Scouts than ever, great turnout, a big THANK YOU to the members of Alamo-MVPA who attended with four vehicles! No major problems encountered, everyone made it home safe. Lunch afterward at Threadgill's was also a success, we will do that more often!
  2. Cars and Coffee Austin cruise in: 31 January-Leander. Clint D attended with his M35A2 and was well accepted. The promoter asked that we PLEASE bring more vehicles next month!
Upcoming Events
  1. Texas Independance Day Parade: 6 March- Congress Ave Austin. Rally NLT 0800 at the TXDOT lot as usual, 0830 to the bridge, 0930 start time. NO application seen at this time, but it will happen. We are not scheduled to carry anyone, personal guests are welcome. Threadgill's after! more info @ www.celebratetexas.com
  2. Brent Mullins Jeep Parts Open House: 19-20 March- College Station. Swap meet and WWII battle, lots of armor, lots to look at. Local events NEED support, COME OUT! More info @ www.mullinsjeepparts.com
  3. Bluebonnet Air Show: 10 April- Burnet. Bring a variety of vehicles large AND small (please), UTOD: drag/period correct, we may have brass and other small trinkets to sell. more info @ www.bluebonnetairshow.com
  4. Muster Day/American Heroes Celebration: 17-18 April- Camp Mabry Austin. Register online or via email (email already sent out), setup starts 16 April, we will be parked in front of the Museum same as last year, Jeep rides and displays same as last year. COME OUT!
Old Business: John SS emplores us all to be mindful of propper uniform conduct!
