Introductions - Guests, New Members: Wayne M. joined with his 1959 Ferret Scout Car Mk1. He is planning on attending the Temple Air Show.
Quartermaster Report:
None

Treasurer's Report:
Toby C. presented the treasury report. We have 32 paid members and 18 without insurance.

Web Site Update:
Rick H. presented the Web Site Report. The web site has been updated. AAR now works. Cannot upload pictures. New Website Comment Submission page. New calendar of events. Started drafting a mobile site. Still need AAR for past events:

Newsletter Update:
Rick H presented the newsletter report. March Newsletter is mailed and is on the web. Cost is $25.20

Recent Events:

• Texas Independence Day Parade: 7 March. Texas Independence Day Parade – 7 March, Sam R reported that this was a good event with more jeep’s than large vehicles. Chanel 8 covered the event live and interviewed Ward B. Several members went to eat at Threadgill’s after the parade. Danny K has extra pins.

Upcoming Events: Danny K. outlined upcoming events. Danny will send out additional information as it becomes available and information will be posted on the club web site. Events included:

• Brent Mullins Open House: 20-21 March, College Station. This year the open house is on Friday and Saturday, with a reenactment scheduled for Saturday. Recommend that members bring money, a cooler with drinks, and chair. Several vendors will be present. See http://www.mullinsjeepparts.com/Open+House for additional details.
  
  
• Burnet Air Show: 11 April, Burnet Texas. This is a one day event at the Burnet Airport on HW 281. Additional details will be sent as they are known. Scott S. is planning on cooking.
  
  
• Muster Day: 18-19 April, Camp Mabry. Additional details will be sent as they are known. Scott S. is planning on cooking.
  
  
• Temple Air Show: 1-3 May. This year a Viet Nam reenactment is planned. Uniform is period correct. Additional information will be furnished.
  
  
• Temple Family Day: 16 May, Temple Texas. Theme is Armed Forces Appreciation Day. Hours are 1000-1400 hours. Additional information to follow.

•  Toby C covered recent National MVPA issues including recent moves to change the makeup of the Board of Directors to include only one Director from each region and no more than one Director from any single club. Additionally, the MVPA is considering regional judging events..

Announcements:
•  John SS requested that the club issue insurance cards. Rory C will forward the information to Rick H for design.
