Call to Order - 1910 hrs.

Ward B lead the meeting in the absence of the president.
Introductions - Guests, New Members: Lee K. and Charles S. introduced themselves as new members.
Quartermaster Report:
John K. presented an inventory report. $80 in sales from the Burnet Air Show was reported. He also reported that the inventory levels were good.
Treasurer's Report:
Toby C. presented the treasury report. A motion to reimburse Scott S. for the food for the Burnet Air Show in the amount of $89.84 was moved, seconded and passed. Danny K turned in funds from the Burnet Air Show as well. Danny K. inquired about the possibilities of a membership roster being published and provided to the membership. Toby C. agreed to provide the roster to the members by email and asked that members insure that their email address is correct.
Web Site Update:
Rick H. presented the Web Site Report. Sam R. provided pictures of the Burnet Air Show and Brent Mullins Open House.
Newsletter Update:
Rick H. reported that the next newsletter is scheduled for June and is on track.
Recent Events:
- Burnet Air Show : Danny K. reported that Seven vehicles and numerous members participated in the show. It was a good event and Scott S. provided great food.
Upcoming Events: Danny K. outlined upcoming events. Danny will send out additional information as it becomes available and information will be posted on the club web site. Events included:
- Muster Day: 18-19 April, Camp Mabry. Participants are encouraged to arrive on Friday to sign in at the museum office and receive their food tickets and turn in the waiver of liability form to the post. We will be located at the museum this year and plan to provide the taxi service again this year. Sunday members may participate in a Viet Nam reenactment. A meeting Saturday afternoon will be held to coordinate the event. This year there food will not be provided by the club. Chow is available at various vendors, or at post facilities. Participants will receive meal tickets upon check in at the museum office.
- Temple Air Show: 1-3 May. The Temple Air Show will be held Saturday and Sunday 2-3 May. There will not be a show Friday night as in past years. Participants may set up on Friday. Scott S is planning on providing breakfast and lunch both days. Members are on their own for dinner. There will be a Viet Nam reenactment both days. Danny K needs a headcount of those that plan on attending so that sufficient food can be purchased.
- Temple Family Day: 16 May, Temple Texas. Theme is Armed Forces Appreciation Day. Hours are 1000-1400 hours. Additional information to follow.
- Lockhart Parade: 13 June, Lockhart Texas. The parade is planed for 13 June. We will meet in Kaiserville, convoy to Lockhart then eat BBQ and go home. More information will be provided.
- Lakeway Independence Day Parade: 4 July, Lakeway Texas. Our application to participate in the parade has been submitted. Additional information to follow.

Danny K. has copies of the Camp Mabry Insurance Waiver, and the museum newsletter.
