Quartermaster Report:
None

Treasurer's Report:
John SS presented the treasury report.  Dues and insurance payments are due in January. John SS will make a list of members due to re-up club membership, and insurance dues. Insurance dues are currently $20 per member that participates in club events with their vehicle. It is not known at this time if these payments will cover the $700 yearly insurance fee the club is currently paying. After payments have been received, John SS will report the status of funds.
Toby C. inquired about the possibility of getting a grant or funding to cover the insurance expenses.
John SS recommended that we contact military recruiting activities to request funds and to offer our support in their recruiting efforts. Toby C. will follow up and report to the membership.
Toby C. offered a box of 50 cal brass for fund raising.

Web Site Update:
John SS presented the Web Site Report. There has been little feedback on the website and little member vehicle input to date. John SS requested that if members send pictures for events or individual pages, that they be less than 300k in size, and if there are a lot of pictures, that they be put on a CD.
Doug B. requested that a link to the Alamo MVPA website be placed in our website.

Newsletter Update:
Next newsletter due out December meeting. Will try to get the 2009 Directory out in December. Rory C. asked about the response and will email another reminder to the members.
