Call to Order - 1920 hrs.

Quartermaster Report: None

Treasurer's Report: John SS. reported that dues for 2009 and insurance for 2009 is due.

Web Site Update: John SS has a lot of pictures to be posted, still in need of after action reports for several events.

Newsletter Update: Rick H reported that the newsletter was sent on Tuesday. The next issue is scheduled for March.

Recent Events:

• Liberty Hill Parade 7 December. Sam R. reported that the event was well attended and well run. Six vehicles from the club attended.

Upcoming Events:
Danny K. outlined upcoming events. Additional information will be sent as it becomes available. Information will be posted on the club web site. Events included:

• Monster Truck Show, 10-11 January. The Monster Truck Show will be at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio. Contact Kevin D. for additional information.
•Boy Scout Parade, February. Danny K reported that the club is scheduled to attend the Boy Scout Parade in February. Additional information will be available later.
•Brent Mullins Open House, March. No information is available at this time.
•Muster Day, 18-19 April
•Burnett Air Show, 25-26 April.

Old Business:
• John SS. reported that the dues and insurance is not covering club expenses. Currently, dues are $18 for one year, $45 for three years, and $75 for five years. Insurance for those that participate in club events with a vehicle is currently $20. He proposed that dues be set at $20 for one year, $50 for three years, and $80 for five years. He also proposed that the insurance fee be set at $25 per year. The dues increase and insurance fee was moved and passed with an effective date of 18 December 2008. For those members that have paid dues for multiple years, the increase will be effective upon the end of their current membership. Please contact John SS. if you have questions concerning your membership status. Danny K proposed that the club issue membership cards with membership dates on it so members will know when their membership dues are due. This measure was moved and passed.

New Business:
The newly elected officers were installed. They included:
• President: Rory C.
• Vice President: Ward B.
• Events Coordinator: Danny K.
• Secretary: Rick H.
• Treasurer: Toby C.
• Webmaster: John SS.
• Quartermaster: Herb T.
• Newsletter Editor: Rick H.

Rory C. presented the Most Valuable Participant Award to Rick H., and the Lifetime Achievement Award to Danny K.

Announcements:
• JH announced that he has started a welding business and will give discounts to members.
• Danny K announced that he has three copies of the Temple Air Show pictures available for those that would like a copy.
