18 April 2007

Call to Order - 1915 hrs.

Members present included: Scott S., Robert W., Fred H., Madison H., John A., Rick H., Toby C., Jeff M., Herb T., Danny K., Ward B., Rory C., Jeff L., Claude V.

Introductions - Guests, New Members: Robert W, from San Marcos

Quartermaster Report: Sold 1 t-shirt at the last show

Treasurer's Report: John A. presented the treasury report. Reimbursement to Jeff L for Flowers for John SS Son's Funeral and reimbursement to Scott S for food for muster day was approved.

Web Site Update: Website up to date except no AAR received for Re enactors for Muster day

Recent Events:

· Longhorn Campore -

· Lometa Diamondback Jubilee - Clint D, attended and submitted AAR

· Muster Day - AAR submitted - Outstanding Food for our Mess Cook Scott S.

· Burnett Air Show - No Attendees due to Muster Day

Upcoming Events: Danny K. outlined upcoming events. Danny will send out additional information as it becomes available and information will be posted on the club web site. Events included:

· Doolittle Raiders Reunion (April 18^th-21^st) In San Antonio. No club participation planned.

· Buda Lions Parade (April 28^th) 8am showup for a 9am start. Danny will post details.

· Cedar Park LEEF Parade/Carshow (April 28^th)

· Fiesta Parade, San Antonio (April 27/28) No info yet.

· Temple Airshow (May 4/5/6) We plan the usual large club participation.

· Houston Gun Show Show (May 19/20).

· Lockhart Parade (June 9).

· Fort Worth Militaria Show June (15/16/17) .

· MVPA Nationals (June 28/29/30) Several members planning to attend, though none with vehicles as of yet. Toby C has been requested by planners to present a board of club members/vehicles for display at the show. Members wishing to participate need to send Toby a 5x7 picture of themselves (old or recent) and/or vehicles.

Old Business:

· National MVPA Insurance program – Secondary Policy Only.

· Museum on Camp Mabry is still looking for volunteers. You can work as little as 4 hours a month.

New Business:

· Photos needed for National Convention.
