Call to Order - 1907 hrs.  Members present included: Scott S., Jeff M., Danny K., Rick H., John K., Rory C., Ward B., John S., Herb T., Madison H., Jim H., Claude V., and Tim W.  Mark M. was introduced as a guest. Introductions were made. 

Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer's Report was presented by Jeff M. Year-to-date income was noted along with year-to-date expenses.  Membership numbers were reported along with the estimated percentage of members of the chapter who also belong to the National MVPA.  Scott S. will use this information for the annual report to National MVPA.  Jeff M. reported that it was time for payment of the annual insurance premium to cover the period 7/1/05 to 6/29/06.  A motion was passed to pay the insurance.  Jeff M. will send notification to the membership with additional details.  Jeff M. presented the list of active members and well as the list of Ebay user ID's.  This information will be sent to the members. 

Quartermaster Report: Herb T. reported on the status of the inventory. 

Web Site Update: Scott S. reported that the website has been updated and that the automated after action report is working again. 

Newsletter: Tim W. distributed the Spring 2005 newsletter to the members present and that the distribution to all members is in progress.  Scott S. proposed that the newsletter be made available in PDF format in the website.  Scott will coordinate the action. 

Past Events: Rory C. presented an after action report on the San Marcos Air Show, Tim W. reported on the Bellmead and the Texas Model A Tour events, Scott S. reported on the Memorial Day event, and John S. reported on the Cub Scouts event at Camp Mabry.

July 4, Lakeway - 4 July Plans for the July 4th parade in Lakeway were discussed. 7:00am  Meet at Swenson Auctioneers (1204 Lakeway Drive). 7:30am.  Leave the office and convoy over to the parade starting point (5 min drive) 8:30am.  Parade begins. 10:00am. Parade ends.  Everyone can leave or attend the opening ceremonies of the July 4th Festival at the Lakeway City Park. 11:00am.  Opening ceremony at Lakeway City Park.  A map to Swensens Auctioneers was distributed.  For a copy see the website.  The uniform is period correct. 

Old Business Convoy:  Additional discussion of this year's club convoy was held. Claude V. reported that the condition of the roads and trails he had proposed were in bad shape.  It was decided to cancel the convoy and hold a club event at Danny K's place.  The event is scheduled for 20 August.  The August meeting will be conducted during the event.  Plan on arriving between 0800 and 1000.  Eat at 1200, and a short meeting will be held at 1330.  Plan on bringing your vehicles.  Danny K. will provide additional information. 

Scott S. presented a draft proposal for Club Sponsorship to Jeff M. for review before submission to the Maxwell Auto Group to display our vehicles at the local Dodge dealership. 

New Business: A short discussion of the G503/MVPA Board of Director controversy was conducted.  Members are encouraged to read the material presented in the G503.com forum concerning recent alleged actions of the board.  A motion was made and passed to draft a letter to the National MVPA Board of Directors asking for detailed information concerning this situation.  A short discussion was held regarding the "Delayed Legacy" story that has been part of discussions over the past few months.
