The meeting was called to order at 7:15pm
General Business...

| The Treasurer Report was given by Jeff and accepted. Current membership is 46 and a new bank has been secured by the new treasurer. |
| Danny indicated this months Supply Line featured club member Scott S and his M38A1.COM web site. |
Old Business...
| 9-Feb was the Boy Scout parade. In attendance were 5 jeeps and 2 deuces with lots of kids. |
New Business...
| March 2. Texas Independence Day Parade. Parade starts at 10:30am. Form up on the Congress Ave Bridge. Staging number not yet known. Check-in at the Austin American Statesman parking lot or Texas Dept of Transportation if you have a trailer. Over 100 elements registered so far. Parade is in conjunction with the Fair and Rodeo. Arrive 8:00 - 8:30am. Food booths/porta-potties available at the Capital. Parade route up Congress to Capital then a static display if we want to. "Red Pass" will be given to those who wish to stay for display. A shuttle bus will be running from the Capital and the Statesman lot all day. Awards and festivities, TV interviews. Full drag dress required. |
| March 23. Brent Mullins Open House. College Station, Texas. 7:00am to dark-thirty. Bring vehicles and items to sell if interested. Large swap meet. Food vendors on site. |
| April 13. Burnet Airshow. No new information but same routine as in past years. |
| April ?. Taylor Cotton Picking Festival. Not all the details are known yet. |
| May 3-5. Georgetown Air Show. Area to be all roped off and accessible all day for viewing during the airshow. There will be two vehicles lines. One NOT accessible, the other WILL be. Pick where you want to park for the show. Line-up will be chronological. On-site security all during the event. |
| June 27-29. National MVPA Convention in Dallas. Start making plans and reservations NOW. Deadlines approaching. Arrowhead Chapter is the host. |
