bulletThe Treasurers Report was given by Scott and accepted.  An overview of the years activities was also presented by Scott.

Old Business...

bulletDanny handed out awards from the recent American Legion Parade in San Antonio to Don C and Lewis S.
bulletJohn K presented an overview of the recent event in Fredericksburg for the 60th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor.  The weather cooperated with the threat of rain.  Many vehicles were involved from our club as well as the museum.  Some included 4 or 5 jeeps, a DUCK, tank, command car, 1/2 track.  On hand were 380 survivors.  The parade route was excellent combining a U-Turn in the middle.
bulletGeorgetown (GTU) is in a holding pattern at the moment.  Show meetings are scheduled to begin after the first of the year.  They are expecting 12 pcs of armor in addition to whatever the club can muster up.  Scheduled for the first weekend in May (3/4/5)

New Business...

bulletA short discussion was held on the schedule for 2002 events.  Do we attend the same ones or drop some?  Milburn has again presented his place in Purmela for a trail ride in which the club agreed would be good for Milburn and the group as a whole.  The Laredo Airshow was discussed.  Also discussed was keeping the club together at events as opposed to splitting it up for the benefit of the parade organizers.  Yet another discussion centered on building/acquiring a mess trailer for cooking.  (WWII mess trailers available???)
bulletThe Monster Truck Show remains scheduled for January 12/13 in San Antonio at the Alamodome.  The club has a commitment to bring 8 vehicles both Saturday and Sunday.  See Upcoming Events for more details.
bulletJanuary 26/27 is the Houston VI Cav gun show at the Astrohall.
