The meeting was called to order.
General Business...
 | Danny thanked Lewis for the Trail Ride organization through Wimberley at 49.5 miles. |
| The Meeting Minutes were read and approved from the last meeting. |
| The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. There are currently 40 paid members. |
| Scott provided an update on the club roster and mailing list as completed. |
Old Business...
| A discussion was held regarding the jackets. All the jackets viewed were 'heavy'. Danny will follow up with his contact Tom and Barry will follow up with Ed at Quonsut Hut. |
| Kenny reported that Steve Draper at Ft. Hood wants a Korean War display of some type at the 1st CAV museum on post. No date has been set yet. |
New Business...
| The Manor Lions Fest parade is next weekend 09/30. This is a small parade. UOD will be club t's and caps with a static display afterwards. Form up at 9:00am for a 10:00am parade start. |
| Gonzales Come and Take It parade is scheduled for Oct 7th. This will be a DRAG event with a 9:00am staging/judging. |
| Novembers events include the VI Corp show in Dallas and Muster Day on the same weekend |
| Austin's Veterans Day Parade is Nov 11. This is a DRAG event. |
| George O will head the Nominations Committee for Executive Board Elections. |
| A discussion was held regarding the MVPA Expert Driver Program. |
General Information and Good of the Club...
| A discussion was held regarding submitting Fred F to the WWII Memorial |
| A discussion was held regarding the Camp Mabry Trail Fees. |
| A discussion was held regarding the possibility of us having to move our meeting location. Danny will handle this. |
| A motion was made and approved to advance Kenny funds for copies and postage. |
