General Business...
 | Minutes of the last meeting were read, corrected and approved. |
| The Treasury Report was read and accepted. |
Old Business...
| A discussion was held on the feasibility of an advertisement in Truck Trader for membership. |
New Business...
| The Boy Scout Parade is scheduled for Feb 05. We will again be hauling Pack 395 from the Comanche District. |
| Brent Mullins annual open house is scheduled for March 18th in College Station. |
| The Goliad Parade is scheduled for March 18th. |
| No events scheduled at this time for April. |
| The Georgetown Air Show is scheduled for May 5-7. |
| The Kars for Kids car show is scheduled for May 13th. |
| The Burnet Air Show is scheduled for April 1. |
| Business cards for members can be had for $25. This includes a box of 500 cards with the members contact information and club information. Contact Danny for details. |
| Milburn L provided a letter to the Executive Board requesting consideration be given to him hosting a club convoy later this year. A discussion was held and the group agreed this was a positive item to pursue. |
| Danny presented the Past President Award to outgoing President Claude V. |
