General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. |
| The minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted. |
Old Business...
| Pace Productions is sponsoring the Monster Truck Show this year. We remain on track for the event. |
| A discussion/update of the upcoming Georgetown Air Show was held. We are to be staged between the taxi-way and the runway. Trailers are "ok" to leave in our general vicinity. There is a proposal to have the Sherman and Hetzer tanks at the show. |
| A continued discussion was held regarding the placement of an Auto Trader type advertisement to generate interest in membership. |
New Business...
| Operation Blue Santa remains scheduled for December 18th at 8:00am. Those interested are to arrive at 1901 E. 51st ST. by the old "Austin Aero" building for package pickup and delivery. |
| A discussion was held on the discounted memberships for increased years. A motion was made by Danny and seconded by Claude to allow for a 1 year membership of $12.00, 3 years for $30, and 5 years for $50. In addition, "Household" identifies the membership, ie: a membership covers everyone in the same household. |
| A discussion was held regarding the regularity of the newsletter publishing and distribution. |
| A discussion was held regarding the generation of membership billings and invoices. Scott presented a concept in that the top 1/3 of the bill would be information in the database that would be returned with payment. The top 1/3 would confirm contact information on the member. The bottom 2/3's would be for billing information, options etc. |
| The club held the Executive Board elections. The nominations committee presented the same slate as was discussed in the Executive meeting prior to the club meeting. The new Executive Board for 2000 is as follows: |
