The meeting was called to order at an alternate location of CAF HQ Building, San Marcos Airport.
General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. The club currently has 19 paid members. |
| Ken W and Jim W renewed memberships this meeting. |
| A request to reimburse Kenny W for expenses incurred was voted and approved. |
| Approval was granted for Scott to send "Late Notifications" on past due memberships. |
| Greg B has a contact with the Fredericksburg museum whereby he will attend an event for George Bush for the opening of the gallery at the museum. Scheduled date is June 11. |
| Discussion was held regarding the possibility of a 'picture board' or 'picture book' of some type to assist with recruiting new members. The book would be taken to various events for prospective members to see what the club is 'all about'. |
Old Business...
| After Action Reports were provided for the Blue Santa Toy Run and the Alamodome event. |
| Scott reported the source he contacted regarding .30.06 blanks has dried up and no longer available.. Brickley Trading 626-444-2745 does have some in stock at $19.95 for 250. |
New Business...
| The Boy Scout Parade remains on track. Form-up is 9:00am for the 9:45am parade. |
| A discussion was held on the feasibility of magnetic signs with club logos and information. Further investigation will occur. |
| A discussion was held regarding the possibility of a 'club project vehicle'. Suggestions included a quarter ton, mule, bicycle or 2.5 ton. The discussion centered around the purchase, insurance, title/registration, storage, work/maintenance/expense etc. |
| Scott attended a Tulsa Military Vehicle Group meeting and reported back on their operations. They operate much like our club but they seem to have a better handle on advertising via signs, banners and business cards. |
