The meeting was called to order.
General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. The club currently has 36 paid members. |
| A discussion was held on the budget for the club. The budget expenses to date will be presented at the next meeting. |
| The Monster Truck Show remains scheduled for January 16, 1999 (Saturday) |
| Danny requested Scott send Houston W a listing of the current roster. |
| The Boy Scout Parade remains scheduled for Feb 6 (Saturday). Scott will coordinate times/meeting places/vehicles etc with Tim Baber. |
| The Georgetown Air Show committee has agreed to advance the club $250 for our attendance at this years event. |
| Club elections were held. The slate presented was approved. 1999 Executive Board officers include: |

Old Business...
| The opening party of Bergstrom Airport has been rescheduled to April 17/18, 1999. |
New Business...
| A request was made into the pricing of .30.06 blanks. Scott will investigate. |
| Gillians Surplus in Lampassas has burlap sandbags for display purposes at 50 cents each. |
| A discussion was held regarding the club website. Kenny created the site using Geocities site and servers and we have 11 megabytes free space. Part of the discussion centered around the popups present and possibly securing our own domain name and hosting elsewhere. Kenny and Scott will investigate. |
| Georgetown Air Show is scheduled for April 30-May 2, 1999. The club will have considerably more space this time around. |
