The meeting was called to order.
General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. There are currently 35 paid club members. |
| Copies of minutes were distributed and discussed. |
| Muster Day update. All members planning on attending should bring their own lunch on Saturday. THMS will have a dinner Saturday night. The show battle will be held Sunday at noon. |
| T-Shirts are now available. They are two for $25 or $15 each. Sizes LG, XLG, XXLG |
| A recap of the Executive Board meeting held on September 9 was given. |
Old Business...
| A discussion was again held regarding the possibility of the rolling vehicle display trailer. |
| A discussion was again held regarding the possibility of a club meeting in San Antonio and/or Ft. Hood for those members North and South of Austin. |
New Business...
| Uniform of the day will be period correct for Muster Day |
| Round Rock will be having an event celebrating their 150th anniversary. This event is scheduled the same weekend as the Dallas show. |
| The donation can was discussed in addition to a small shirt with US ARMY patches for photographs with smaller children. |
