The meeting was called to order.
General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. The club currently has 32 members. |
| Danny reported we are now scheduled for the Lockhart Chisholm Trail Parade on June 13. |
Old Business...
| Danny reported the Past Presidents recognition plaques are currently in production. They have been cutout and the patches are in place. The engraving is currently being completed at this time. |
| Stonewall's event remains scheduled for June 26-28. |
| The San Antonio meeting has been put-off for the time being due to logistics and scheduling conflicts. |
| The Schertz July 4th Parade is still a "GO". Plans remain for the BBQ at Jim's place afterwards. |
New Business...
| A discussion was held regarding Polaroid pictures for fund raising activities. Scott agreed to bring 3 packs of film and create a laminated board of club information. A motion was made and seconded to reimburse Scott for 3 packs of film. |
| Scott made a motion to the group to be a 'focal point' for solicitation and collection of funds for a donation to the upcoming Veterans Day Parade. The motion was seconded and approved. |
General Information and Good of the Club...
