The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
General Business...
 | The Treasurers Report was read and accepted. The club currently has 30 members. |
| The Camp Mabry Trail Ride was a great success. |
| The Texas Power Wagon Festival is scheduled for this weekend. (Sunday) |
| The club has been scheduled to attend this years Georgetown Air Show May 1-3. |
Old Business...
| Claude will contact Jim S. in Schertz to try to arrange a club meeting closer to San Antonio. |
| No new information on the Schertz or Stonewall events. |
New Business...
| Eddie Barrow with Trinity Insurance in Round Rock provided information on liability insurance. He has access to liability insurance where the club can't be sued or it's members as general terms. The company is K&K out of Ill or Ind. Each car does have to be insured per state regulations. This type of coverage is similar to that of rally's and races. |
| A show in Waco has been placed on the events board. Date unknown at this time. |
General Information and Good of the Club...
| A new membership listing in a new format will be sent to all members from Scott in the next week or so. |
| A discussion was held regarding the 'tax status' the club falls under. A status of 501C3 would be desirable. Scott will look into this status. |
