The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm
General Business...
 | Treasurers report was read and accepted |
| Two new prospective members were present including Danny K and Scott S, both of Austin. Danny has a 1970 M151A2 1/4 ton with a M416 trailer. Both are in excellent condition. Scott has a 'project' 1953 M38A1 and M416 trailer. |

| Airshows including Georgetown and Fredericksberg. |
New Business...
| Many questions were asked by Danny and Scott about the club and events. Members present suggest each purchase a copy of "Military Vehicles" by Thomas Berndt. |
| A discussion was held regarding the Texas Military Historical Association (TMHA) |
| Vehicle insurance was discussed. One member runs his vehicle through American Classics for $109/annually and is limited to 2500 miles per year with a replacement value of $13,000. |
| Discussion of an upcoming trail ride was initiated. The date and location were to be determined at a later meeting and would include a picnic of some type. |
| Annual dues of $12 are payable by March 01, 1997. |
| Next meeting is scheduled for February 19, 1997. |
| March 15 or 16 is a target date for a club trail ride at Toby's ranch out FM1431. |
