| Synopsis: |
The Boy Scout Report to State Parade is an annual event the
club has participated in for many years. We typically haul the Tiger and Cub Scouts
from Pack 395 on this 2 mile parade which starts on the Congress Ave.
bridge and heads up Congress Ave. to the Capital. The return route
is typically West on 11th and then South back to the staging area.
Feb. 4th is the date for the annual Scout Parade up Congress Ave. and this year we are expecting approx. 60 scouts and leaders. Don't need a vehicle count for this one yet, just a heads up, more details to follow. We're off and running for another year.

The Scout Parade is on for 4 Feb. 12. We will meet at the TxDoT parking on Sat. morning ready to pull out approx 0730 to stage on the bridge. Parade starts at 0900 then head up congress Ave. Some of the boys or parents may want to get out at the Capitol so check your crew ahead of time and don't stop ot block the road to unload. We will head back to the paking lot, unload what people are left, load vehicles if you want and head to Threadgil's for lunch. If any member not driving in the parade would to join us at Threadgil's meet us there at 1100 hrs but let me know who you are so I can get a semi accurate head count. Don't hesitate to join for another club get together.
