| Description: | A nice static display was on hand for the opening of the
movie Windtalkers. Attending the static display were Jim W with his M38
and Jim S with his M2A1 half-track. Jim H displayed some WWII
paratrooper gear.
According to reports, the vehicles were the 'hit' of the event with many photographs taken of the vehicles by the crowd. The town of Liveoak and Universal City, both military towns in close proximity to San Antonio were a big draw to the film as well. |
