| Description: | The club met at Scott Swensons office then convoyed over to
the parade start. The parade followed the same route as last year which
ended back at Scott's office. Afterwards the group set up on the park for a
couple of hours for a static display until the heat finally drove us
away.
John K returned that night and participated on stage as a WWII GI in some of the shows they put on for the crowd. The fireworks were excellent! At least as good as Austin's show. The club won our class in the parade. One of the judges told us we were one vote away from winning the grand prize. Danny with there with his M151A2/M416, Jeff M with his MB, Glen V with his CJ and John K with his MB. Also showing up were Tim W, Barry F, Scott Swenson in full drag. |
