| Description: | The Manor Parade was also held today so the club was
double-booked for events. One member decided to attend New Belgium
Brewing "Tour de Fat", a 7 city festival dedicated to the lazy
life of the balloon tire bicycle in addition to promoting their beer and
ale.
He has restored an early balloon tire bicycle in correct paint color for early WWII. Wearing his WWII HBT coveralls, mechanics cap and map case, this member was the hit of the event. So much indeed the promotions manager gave him an event t-shirt and snapped his picture for their web site. The event also promoted the Yellow Bicycle Project. Some weird folks there but good beer... |
