LONESTAR RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY By my signature on this form, I hereby choose and consent to participate in: which is taking place on I understand and acknowledge that my involvement in this event or activity is voluntary and that by signing this document I am confirming my consent. Likewise, by signing this document, I am hereby releasing the Lone Star Military Vehicle Preservation Association and its members, officers, directors, and associates as well as all volunteers, employees, agents, contractors, or subcontractors taking part in this event or activity from any liability, claims, or causes of action which may arise as a result of my participation in this activity. I hereby acknowledge my understanding that participation in an activity or event involving static or moving motor vehicles has inherent risks and dangers, and I am specifically releasing the Lone Star Military Vehicle Preservation Association and its members, officers, directors and associates as well as all volunteers, employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors taking part in this event or activity from any related liability, claims, or causes of action which may arise as a result of my participation in this event or activity involving motor vehicles.
